How to Report an itBit Website Issue to the Support Team

For our support team to better understand why you are experiencing an issue with the itBit website, we request that users send us the following pieces of information:
  1. Username
  2. Time of incident
  3. Browser type
  4. Did the incident happen on a itBit's mobile or desktop platform?
  5. A screenshot of your JavaScript console. For browser specific instructions on how to do this, please refer to the attached PDF. (Please be sure to see Pages 12-15 under the header "How to capture HAR file for Debugging," as this is a very important step in the reporting process)
