  • It must be valid (not expired), legible and in color.

  • It must not be edited or censored in any way.

  • It must include your signature, where applicable.

  • Resolution must be 300 DPI or higher.

  • Format requirement: JPEG (.jpg) or PNG (.png).

Step 2: Provide a proof of residency. A proof of residency is considered valid when it meets the following criteria:

  • It must be a legal and traceable document (e.g. scanned papers, official PDF downloads, etc.)   displaying your full name and residential address. Example of appropriate document include utility   bill, bank statement, corporate resolution certificate, credit card statement, lease agreement, loan    or mortgage application.

  • The address must be your current physical residential address (no older than 6 months). P.O. box    address is not accepted.

  • Your document must be in English (Latin letters). Alternatively, certified translation need to be    provided.

  • Your document must not be cropped and in full color.

  • Resolution must be 300 DPI or higher.

If your submitted document is unclear, edited, or in black/white, it will be rejected and we would appreciate it you could rearrange to resubmit your document for your account to be verified successfully.
