- Log into your itBit account
- Click on “Funding” at the top of the screen (note, this is the default landing page upon log in)
- Select the appropriate account tab from which you initiated the withdrawal (e.g., "Wallet")
- On the lower portion of your screen where it states "Funding History for Wallet", locate the transaction you would like to cancel and click on the red "cancel withdrawal" button
