My Deposit Hasn't Been Applied to My Account

Depending on the method used to transfer funds to itBit, a deposit can take up to 3 business days. If a deposit hasn't been applied, we recommend contacting help@itbit.com with the following information:
 

  1. Bank account name
  2. Username
  3. Amount and currency
  4. Date of transaction
  5. Wire instructions
