My Deposit Hasn't Been Applied to My Account

Depending on the method used to transfer funds to itBit, a deposit can take up to 5 business days. If a deposit hasn't been applied, we recommend contacting with the following information:

  1. Bank account name
  2. Username
  3. Amount and currency
  4. Date of transaction
  5. Wire instructions

Please note, our banks may reject any deposits that have the term "bitcoin" in the wiring instructions.
