How To Reset 2FA on My Account

In order to disable your 2FA, contact help@itbit.com with the subject line: "Disable 2FA" and provide the following information:

If account is unfunded:

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. The residential address used to register your itBit account


If account is funded:
  1. First and Last Name
  2. Date of Birth
  3. The residential address used to register your itBit account
  4. If applicable, Last 4 of your SSN
  5. Photo ID for the user on the account
  6. Self picture holding the supplied Photo ID


*If it is a institutional account please provide the information above of the individual that is the admin on the account
