How To Reset 2FA on My Account

If you would like to reset your security device from your account, please take either of the following actions:

For Unfunded Accounts
Send your request to with "Reset My 2FA" as the subject providing the following information used when registering with itBit:


  1. Account username
  2. Date of birth
  3. Residential address

For Funded Accounts
Please call us at either of the following phone numbers to proceed with resetting your 2FA:
